Our historic 1800's Carriage House at Turquoise Barn is available to rent by the weekend or week.ly Ideal for your next Weekend Getaway, Family Reunion, Personal or Corporate Retreat, Photo & Video/movie Shoots. Rent by the hour, day, weekend or week. In addition to the accommodations, our event field, stage/yoga platform, and Turquoise Barn event space are also available to rent.

Our 3-story 3,000 sq. ft, converted 1800's Carriage House has large loft-style open spaces with high ceilings downstairs, artist designed & renovated with handcrafted furnishings and art throughout the house. Upstairs are four large bedrooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, tastefully designed and decorated, and each with AMAZING views of the sunrise, sunset, moonrise, mountains or pond. Sleeps up to 16 guests. Seasonal camping is also available on the property.
Additional accommodations may be available for larger groups.
We are an eco-friendly chemical & pesticide-free environment both inside and out. Fresh spring water is available throughout the house and property; you can drink, swim and even shower in it!

Four large bedrooms, 10 beds, & 4 bathrooms
Rosa Room ~ 1 king bed, 1 full futon
Moss Room ~ 1 queen bed, 1 full futon
Sunset Room ~ 1 queen bed, 2 single bunks
Sunrise Room ~ 1 queen bed, 2 single bunks
Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. Spaces are large - guests are welcome to bring sleeping bags, blow-up mattresses, etc. for additional guests with prior approval.
Downstairs
Additional 5th full bathroom, open kitchen, living area, large dining area with handcrafted tables, radiant heat floors, woodstove, back sun porch with table and large charcoal grill.
The Grounds

Outside are acres of meadows, mountains, wooded areas, organic flower & veggie gardens, a spring fed swimming pond and streams. Explore the land hiking in our backyard or up the mountain road and just minutes away from the Catskill Scenic Trail for biking, walking, running, snow shoeing, or cross country skiing. Fire pit for evening gatherings (wood available by request) and open large field with spectacular views nestled in the foothills for special events*; a perfect spot for weddings, retreats, festivals, reunions, or parties. A small stage is also located in the Event Field and can be used as a platform for yoga, dancing, or laying back and watching the sky.

What to do
Watch the sunset, moonrise, stars sparkle, relax by pond, build a bon fire, curl up with a good book next to the woodstove, practice yoga in the foothills, schedule a massage, hike the foothills in our backyard, visit the historical graveyard across the street. And if you want to explore, there are plenty of activities in the area including skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, farmstands and markets, galleries, restaurants, museums and more.
