Spring is a time for restoration, rebirth, and growth as we slowly make our way out of the darkness of winter. Join us as we ease into this transition with a series ofworkshops designed to create hands on sensory learning experiences that will encourage you to explore & discover the magic awakening & restoration of your mind, body, spirit, and senses. With a focus on food, herbs, art and nature; we will discover how to apply simple tools & techniques to help reboot, restore, and rejuvenate your WHOLE self.
For centuries, individuals have been using food, herbs, cleansing and fasting to improve physical, mental, and emotional health as well as spiritual development. Everything around us needs proper maintenance in order to continue functioning and growing - including our bodies/mind/spirit.
Did you know that our bodies are cleansing daily? This cleansing takes place mostly as we sleep- that’s why our morning meal is called break-fast. Given the proper environment, our bodies are designed to heal themselves. However, in our modern world, we are continually exposed to numerous toxins on a daily basis that interfere with our body’s natural ability heal. Over exposure to chemically processed food, beauty products, cleaning supplies, medications, stress, and environmental toxins may cause our bodies to become sluggish and develop illnesses and disease.
Fortunately, there are numerous ways we can help aid the body in regaining & maintaining a healthy environment inside and out. Cleansing is one way to give the body a well deserved break when it becomes overloaded and off balanced. Periodic gentle cleansing is a natural way to help detoxify and restore the balance not only to our physical body but our WHOLE being, mind, body, spirit, senses.
Of course there are numerous methods and techniques for cleansing and choosing what is right for you is a personal choice. Commitment to making changes of any kind takes courage, determination, and most importantly support. We designed this series of workshops with the intention of introducing gentle, simple, safe, realistic, and effective ways of cleansing/detoxing along with support and guidance. And for those experienced with cleansing and healthy living, our workshops offer motivation and support to keep you moving forward on your personal path.
With making just a few small changes, you can experience more energy, reset your pallet to stop cravings, maintain optimal weight, clear your mind, revitalize, renew, and restore your mind+body+spirit+senses = the WHOLE YOU.

Come along on a journey with 6 individuals who discover freedom as they reverse their diabetes in just 30 days simply by changing their diet. This is an amazing documentary to inspire and motivate. One of my favorite films of all time. I watched this with my son 10 years ago (he was 8) and he still remembers the beautiful message that food IS medicine and our bodies are designed to heal given the right environment. In fact he suggested to me the other day that we should show it to a friend who has a chronic illness. (you know this made me proud)
This really is a life changing documentary and demonstrates the power of food and nutrition on our WHOLE being. Of course food is only one aspect on the path to optimal health and healing, however, it is a powerful first step. Hope you can join us!

We are all aware that adding more fruits, and veggies into your daily diet can have significant impact on your overall health. Juicing and blended foods are one of the easiest ways to achieve this. In this workshop, we will share how to easily incorporate more nutrient dense whole foods to get you on your way to feeling more revitalized and energized.

Herbal Alchemy - 5 Power Herbs for Cleansing and More
$25 Includes all materials, tastings & recipes
Pre-Registration required - space is limited
This workshop will focus on 5 power herbs that can be used to aid in cleansing or detoxing the body. Learn how to make your own tea blends, infusions, and decoctions. We love that fact that four out of five of these herbs are probably growing in your back yard and you can access them for FREE. The fifth can be planted and does well during the growing season here in the NE. Save $, take charge your health and enjoy tasty beverages (infusions, teas, elixirs) and vinegars to add to your home apothecary. Tastings, recipes, hands-on instruction, take home herbal infused vinegar, wildcrafting plant ID walk (weather permitting) all included.
A portion of this workshop will be held outdoors (weather permitting - meaning no snow on the ground) so please dress warm.

Join us as we ease into this transition with a full day of restoration and relaxation, connecting with nature; nourishing and REST-oring your mind, body, spirit, and senses. Our Spring Lunar Cleanse is designed for all levels, this is a gentle WARMING spring cleanse with group support to motivate and guide you through a full 1 day cleanse. Appropriate for all levels of experience. Instructions on how to PROPERLY prepare and end a cleanse will be discussed.
Our spring Herbal Lunar Cleanse day is designed for anyone interested in learning, exploring, and experiencing natural ways to reboot your WHOLE self. All activities (including the cleanse) are appropriate for every level of experience.
If you’ve never cleansed before, not to worry, we will be here to support and guide you through and if you are a seasoned (seasonal) cleanser, this is a great opportunity to get inspired and motived with a group of like minded individuals.
